What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors with a smile and making them feel welcome from the moment they step in.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence—sometimes all at once, but you’re good at juggling.
- Handling document filing, photocopying, and basic data entry to keep our records up to date and organized.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and keeping calendars (and people) in order.
- Supporting HR and recruitment processes, such as collecting documents from candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with vendors—know a good deal on printer paper? You’re our go-to.
- Pitching in on ad-hoc tasks whenever the team needs an extra hand.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- You’re currently based in the UAE (Deira proximity is a plus).
- Prior experience in an office or administrative support role.
- Comfortable with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a bonus but not required.
- A positive, can-do attitude—even when things get hectic.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with recruitment or HR processes.
- Experience handling confidential documents with care.
