What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, you might find yourself:
Accountant & Junior Accountant:
- Handling daily financial entries and reconciling statements—you’ll be the numbers person everyone counts on.
- Preparing detailed financial reports and assisting with audits (and asking the smart questions).
- Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure everything adds up, literally and figuratively.
Admin:
- Supporting the office with a can-do spirit—scheduling, correspondence, or even keeping the digital filing system from spiraling.
- Coordinating meetings, managing supplies, and being the friendly face that keeps things running smoothly.
- Handling confidential information with care (and a little bit of pride).
Manager:
- Leading a motivated team, setting realistic goals, and keeping the workflow steady.
- Overseeing operations, addressing challenges on the fly, and celebrating successes together.
- Fostering an environment where everyone has a voice.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently inside the UAE and ready to join us in Deira.
- Relevant experience in your field, whether that’s accounting, admin, or team leadership.
- Comfort working in a diverse, multicultural team.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to adapt—things move quickly around here!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with accounting software or office management tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the UAE.
