What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping the books up to date by accurately recording daily financial transactions
  • Preparing and issuing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers — and following up where necessary
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring suppliers are happy and clients are gently reminded
  • Carrying out bank reconciliation to keep everything balanced down to the last dirham
  • Supporting general office administration — think travel bookings, supply management, and helping colleagues as needed
  • Assisting with documentation and filing so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Liaising with vendors, banks, and auditors for efficient business operations
