What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensuring all delivery and inventory documents are properly filed, sorted, and up to date
  • Entering daily shipment and supply data (accuracy is your superpower!)
  • Supporting the operations team with basic office tasks, from scheduling to stocking supplies
  • Answering calls and helping direct client and driver queries to the right point of contact
  • Assisting with new staff onboarding — everything from paperwork to showing them where the good coffee is
  • Coordinating with team leads to confirm delivery times, urgent orders, or changes to the schedule
  • Lending a hand wherever you see it’s needed to help keep things running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • You’re currently inside the UAE, ready for immediate joining
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • You communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
  • Attention to detail is second nature — numbers and spelling matter to you
  • Can adapt quickly and keep calm when things get busy
  • Value punctuality, reliability, and respect for team processes

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous admin, data entry, or office assistance experience
  • Familiarity with logistics or warehouse environments
