About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking to be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps a busy office humming along smoothly? We’re searching for an Admin Assistant to join our Deira, Dubai team. This isn’t just about inboxes and spreadsheets—it’s about becoming the go-to support person who makes all the difference in our daily operations. If you enjoy organizing, problem-solving, and being indispensable behind the scenes, you’ll feel right at home here.
About the Company
Nestled in the heart of Deira, we’re a close-knit team known for espressos in the break room and never missing a birthday. Our culture? Think open doors, quick laughs, and plenty of collaboration—you’re more likely to find us huddling over a new idea than hiding behind closed cubicles. We’re in a period of steady growth, focused on building a workplace where everyone has a voice and a chance to shape our future together. Fridays sometimes mean team lunches, and we treat even the busiest days with a sense of camaraderie.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping our office running seamlessly by handling daily administrative tasks—no two days look quite the same
- Managing office documents, filing systems, and ensuring proper archiving (yes, you might become our “documents whisperer”)
- Sorting and responding to emails, and maintaining a tidy, organized inbox for the team
- Preparing regular reports (data, simple summaries, and maybe the occasional spreadsheet magic)
- Assisting with scheduling, meeting logistics, and making sure calendars don’t become chaos
- Supporting the wider team with travel bookings or supply orders whenever needed
- Lending a hand wherever you spot an opportunity—initiative is always welcome!
What You’ll Bring
- Good written and spoken communication skills (English required; knowing Arabic is a bonus)
- Comfort with MS Office basics—Word, Excel, Outlook—no need to be a wizard, just not a stranger
- An eye for detail and an instinct for staying organized, even when things get busy
- Professional, approachable attitude—you’ll be a key point of contact in the office
- Time management skills and the ability to juggle tasks without breaking a sweat
Not sure you check every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary range (AED 3,000–4,000) based on experience
- UAE residence visa and comprehensive medical insurance package
- Annual leave and public holidays, all in line with UAE labor law
- Friendly team environment—think supportive colleagues and coffee breaks that recharge you, not just your mug
- Office located in the heart of Deira with great transport links
- Chance to get involved, grow your skills, and shape how things run day-to-day
We believe in building a workplace where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work. If you’re looking for a team that cheers for your wins and supports you on hectic days, you’ll fit right in.
