What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping our office running seamlessly by handling daily administrative tasks—no two days look quite the same
  • Managing office documents, filing systems, and ensuring proper archiving (yes, you might become our “documents whisperer”)
  • Sorting and responding to emails, and maintaining a tidy, organized inbox for the team
  • Preparing regular reports (data, simple summaries, and maybe the occasional spreadsheet magic)

  • Supporting the wider team with travel bookings or supply orders whenever needed
