What You’ll Be Doing
For the Hotel Manager:
- Leading day-to-day operations to deliver a guest experience that consistently exceeds five-star expectations.
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a multicultural team across all departments.
- Monitoring budgets, occupancy rates, and revenue—always with an eye on efficiency.
- Rolling up your sleeves to resolve guest concerns, manage VIP arrivals, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Collaborating with other department heads to launch promotions and special events (your creativity is welcome here).
- Ensuring compliance with Dubai tourism standards and local regulations.
For the Administrative Staff:
- Handling guest check-ins/outs with warmth, precision, and even the occasional local restaurant tip.
- Assisting with room bookings, guest requests, and coordination between front desk and housekeeping.
- Managing records, filing, and daily correspondence—keeping the office running like clockwork.
- Supporting HR and finance teams with basic data entry and document processing.
- Lending a hand in organizing staff events and internal meetings.
- Acting as an ambassador for the hotel—both face-to-face and over the phone.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or hotel administration (role-dependent).
- Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or another language is a plus.
- UAE residency or visit visa (we can sponsor your residence visa if you’re the right fit).
- A can-do attitude, reliability, and genuine passion for guest service.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and energetic work environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in a luxury or boutique hotel setting in Dubai or elsewhere.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hospitality software.
- An eye for design or guest experiences that make a stay memorable.
- Previous international work experience.
