What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Administrative Staff:
- Oversee daily office operations, from managing bookings and schedules to handling sensitive guest information with the utmost discretion.
- Collaborate closely with hotel staff and management to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Prepare, update, and organize documentation, bringing order to a busy, detail-oriented environment.
- Communicate with suppliers, partners, and internal staff, always radiating professionalism (and a bit of hospitality charm).
- Respond promptly to guest and staff queries—sometimes at lightning speed.
- Support recruitment efforts, onboarding paperwork, and HR documentation as needed.
Restaurant Manager:
- Take charge of every detail in our dining room, from staff rostering to floor management, ensuring guests enjoy a five-star experience.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate your team—helping individuals grow while keeping service standards sky-high.
- Track restaurant performance, monitor budgets, and implement creative solutions to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
