What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day office tasks, from data entry to document preparation — every detail counts in logistics.
- Coordinating between teams to make sure packages, supplies, and paperwork always end up where they should.
- Helping keep storerooms organized, counting inventory, restocking shelves, or assisting as shipments come and go.
- Answering phones or emails in a professional, approachable way; sometimes, you might be the first impression for our customers.
- Pitching in wherever you’re needed — some days, you’re on your feet in the storeroom; others, you’re sorting through spreadsheets or setting up meeting rooms.
- Working closely with a tight-knit team who value reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for both you and your colleagues.
