About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to keep a busy office running smoothly in the heart of Dubai? We’re looking for an energetic Admin Assistant, Front Desk Officer, and Office Assistant to join our growing team in Deira City. If you’re someone who thrives on organization, enjoys helping others, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed, this could be your next big opportunity. With a supportive environment and a diverse team, there’s plenty of room to grow and make your mark.

About the Company

Our office in Deira is a lively hub where every day brings something new. We’re passionate about providing top-notch support to our colleagues and clients alike. The team is a friendly mix of go-getters and problem-solvers who genuinely care about each other’s success (you’ll quickly find out that birthdays and small wins are always celebrated here). As a company, we believe in rewarding hard work and supporting personal growth—whether that’s through regular feedback sessions or the occasional team lunch after a busy week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors with a warm, professional welcome at the front desk—first impressions matter here!
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with a can-do attitude.
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations, including managing files, scheduling appointments, and handling basic data entry.
  • Assisting with document preparation, photocopying, and other admin tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Helping to organize meetings, book conference rooms, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Pitching in with ad hoc projects or tasks—no two days are quite the same.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an admin, front desk, or office assistant role.
  • Strong communication skills (English is a must—other languages are a bonus).
  • A positive, helpful attitude and a knack for staying organized under pressure.
  • Comfortable using basic office software (Word, Excel, email, etc.).
  • Currently based in the UAE and ready to join on short notice.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working in a multi-cultural office environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools or office management systems.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 2,300 – 4,000 depending on experience.
  • Free visa provided, plus company-organized accommodation—no need to stress about the paperwork or flat-hunting.
  • Annual paid vacation so you can recharge or visit family.
  • Friendly, inclusive team where contributions are noticed and appreciated.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced work environment that values learning and growth.
  • Diverse and welcoming workplace—any nationality is invited to apply, as long as you’re inside the UAE.

We know the best offices run on teamwork, trust, and a little fun. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow your skills and be part of something bigger, you’ll fit right in.
