What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure that operations run smoothly (think: documentation, correspondence, and scheduling).
- Supporting the security team with onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance procedures.
- Managing confidential files and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Assisting with payroll preparation and attendance tracking for staff.
- Coordinating with different departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and representing the company with professionalism at all times.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the security sector or a related management position.

- Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office Suite, email platforms, etc.).
