What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating administrative activities and supporting day-to-day operations for our catering and canteen services.
- Managing documentation, correspondence, and departmental records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Implementing and maintaining digital tools and systems to streamline workflows (your programming knowledge will come in handy here!).
- Collaborating closely with kitchen, delivery, and site managers to ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Assisting with data entry, procurement processes, and inventory control using both manual and digital systems.
- Taking initiative on small development projects—think automating forms, customizing reports, or building simple tracking tools.
- Jumping in where needed during busy periods; you’re never just stuck at a desk.
What You’ll Bring

- Valid UAE residence visa.
- Good programming skills (comfortable with writing scripts, basic app development, or automating processes).
