What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily operations for all delivery platforms (Talabat, Noon Food, Deliveroo, Keeta) — from order flow to customer feedback.
- Ensuring timely updates to menus, pricing, item availability, and promotions across each platform.
- Liaising directly with platform support teams to clear up any technical glitches or hiccups.
- Monitoring active orders, following up proactively on delays, and solving issues before they impact our customers.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff and drivers so every promise to our customers is kept.
- Running weekly reports on order performance and platform trends, sharing insights with management.
- Spotting operational gaps and suggesting fresh ideas for smoother workflow.
What You’ll Bring
