What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and chosen role, you’ll:
- Admin Officer:
- Oversee office operations to keep everything running like clockwork
- Coordinate with property agents and clients for timely document submission
- Ensure records, contracts, and files are up to date and organized
- Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and compliance processes
- Admin Assistant:
- Manage daily administrative tasks like answering calls and handling emails
- Support the team with document preparation, scanning, and filing
- Welcome visitors and clients, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
- Assist with scheduling appointments and property viewings
- Office Boy:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces
- Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and guests
- Run basic errands within the office as needed
- Help with photocopying, mailing, and delivery of paperwork around the office
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in administration or office support (real estate experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)
- Currently residing inside the UAE
- Strong communication skills (English essential; other languages a bonus)
- Friendly, reliable, and hard-working approach
