What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily office operations—from document handling to scheduling and everything in between.
- Welcoming visitors and clients; ensuring everyone steps into a friendly, organized environment.
- Coordinating with drivers, shipment staff, and suppliers to help keep cargo moving on time.
- Tracking office supplies and restocking as needed, so nobody runs out of coffee or copy paper.
- Helping with paperwork for visas, HR, or billing—we love someone who spots a missing detail.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness for all common areas (especially for Office Boy/Girl roles).
- Jumping in on special projects or urgent requests; no day looks quite the same here.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently living inside the UAE—ready for an immediate start.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus).
- For admin roles: Experience in an office or support environment is highly valued.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to tackle any task (big or small).
- For Office Boy/Girl: Proactive spirit and friendly customer service.
Nice-to-Haves:
