About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it's like to be the organizational heartbeat of a busy contracting and maintenance firm? As our next Administrative Assistant, you'll be right where the action happens—supporting the daily rhythm of our team and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, love a good filing challenge, and have a knack for connecting with people in both Arabic and English, you might just be our perfect fit. Oh, and if you’re available right away? Even better!

About Us

Nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s bustling Musaffah Industrial Area, our company is more than just bricks, bolts, and maintenance schedules. For over a decade, we’ve powered through complex projects with an eye for detail and a deep respect for our team’s diverse backgrounds. We value reliability, teamwork, and a little bit of fun—whether that’s celebrating project milestones or sharing homemade treats over afternoon tea. At our core, we believe that everyone plays a crucial role in building our reputation as a partner who delivers on promises.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Juggling daily administrative tasks—no two days look quite the same.
  • Managing and organizing company files, paperwork, and digital records with attention to detail reminiscent of a puzzle master.
  • Drafting, translating, and organizing correspondence—you’ll help us bridge gaps between Arabic and English communication.
  • Coordinating with various teams and external contacts to make sure information flows smoothly and nothing gets stuck.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and keeping calendars up to date (bonus points if you secretly enjoy color-coding).
  • Handling calls and emails—sometimes you’ll be the first friendly voice new clients hear.
  • Following up on pending administrative tasks so that deadlines are not just met, but anticipated.
  • Tackling ad hoc tasks as they pop up—your ‘can-do’ attitude will really shine here.

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid experience in office administration—ideally in a busy or industrial environment.
  • Comfort navigating MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)—think: formulas, formatting, and the occasional mail merge.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive personality and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Immediate availability is a big plus!

Not sure if you meet every qualification? We’d still love to hear from you!

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Supportive, close-knit team where everyone’s voice matters.
  • Office-based role in the vibrant Musaffah Industrial Area—no rush hour city center parking nightmares!
  • Opportunities for professional growth, especially if you’re eager to learn about the contracting and maintenance business.
  • Engaging work environment with an open-door management style and regular team check-ins.
  • Bilingual environment—a place where your language skills are valued and put to good use.
  • Company celebrations for reaching milestones—from team lunches to spontaneous treats.
  • Stability and respect—many of us have been here for years.

In short, if you value teamwork, a sense of purpose, and a touch of daily variety, you’ll feel right at home with us!
