What You’ll Be Doing
- Juggling daily administrative tasks—no two days look quite the same.
- Managing and organizing company files, paperwork, and digital records with attention to detail reminiscent of a puzzle master.
- Drafting, translating, and organizing correspondence—you’ll help us bridge gaps between Arabic and English communication.
- Coordinating with various teams and external contacts to make sure information flows smoothly and nothing gets stuck.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and keeping calendars up to date (bonus points if you secretly enjoy color-coding).
- Handling calls and emails—sometimes you’ll be the first friendly voice new clients hear.
- Following up on pending administrative tasks so that deadlines are not just met, but anticipated.

What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in office administration—ideally in a busy or industrial environment.
