Our close-knit crew in Khoran has built a reputation for reliability, high-quality finishes, and a friendly, solution-driven attitude. We’re a company that values initiative, hands-on teamwork, and open communication (Friday catch-ups around fresh coffee, anyone?). Here, your ideas have room to breathe, and your impact genuinely shapes our direction as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations across multiple painting and decoration projects, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-tier workmanship.
- Leading, developing, and motivating a diverse team of painters, decorators, and support staff to reach their full potential.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners — your communication skills will shine here!
- Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resources, balancing efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Setting clear goals and KPIs, then working alongside the team to achieve (and celebrate) those milestones.
- Identifying areas for process improvement — and rolling up your sleeves to make those improvements a reality.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest in paints, materials, and industry best practices (we love a leader who’s always learning).
- Reporting directly to ownership, sharing insights, successes, and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken — you’ll be connecting with clients and the crew in both languages.
- A valid UAE driving license, plus the willingness to travel between sites as needed.
- Demonstrable management and leadership experience, ideally in painting, decoration, or a related field.
- A knack for inspiring, guiding, and unifying teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Hands-on background in painting and decoration trades.
- Track record of improving operational efficiency or scaling a team/business.
