What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and answering phone calls with a friendly, can-do attitude (Receptionist)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence — emails, letters, and parcels — so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Keeping digital and physical files organized, updated, and easy to locate when needed
  • Handling data entry with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring our records are always up-to-date (Data Entry Clerk)
