If you’re the type of person who finds satisfaction in keeping things organized and running smoothly, this could be the role where your natural skills shine. Plus, with Dubai’s fast-paced, multicultural work environment, every day comes with new challenges (and new stories to tell).

About the Company

Imagine an office where colleagues greet each other with genuine smiles, and managers care as much about your professional growth as they do about deadlines—this is the kind of atmosphere our recruitment partners pride themselves on creating. The company supports a diverse workforce, with team lunches and occasional group outings that bring everyone together. They’re growing rapidly, which means you’ll get to be part of building better systems and shaping company culture as things evolve. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with friendly professionalism—you're the first impression!
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems (digital and paper), so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and executives—calendars will become your best friend.
  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations, like ordering supplies and supporting HR or finance teams as needed.

  • Helping new employees get settled, answer their questions, and making sure everyone feels welcome.
  • Supporting managers with ad-hoc administrative projects as the business grows.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Solid communication skills—comfortable on the phone, over email, or face to face.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar computer applications.
  • A sense of professionalism and presentability—you know when to bring your A-game.
  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking without losing your cool.
  • The willingness to learn new processes and help out where needed.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (even internships count!).
  • Familiarity with local Dubai business protocols.
  • Bilingual abilities—Arabic, Hindi, or other languages are a definite plus.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Salary packages ranging from AED 3000 to 6500, depending on experience and role.
  • Company-provided accommodation and daily transportation—skip the commute headaches!
  • Comprehensive visa support and health insurance, for peace of mind.
  • Friendly, inclusive team that celebrates wins—big and small.
  • Opportunities to develop skills, take on new responsibilities, and grow with the company.
  • Multicultural environment—learn something new from colleagues every day.

This isn’t just another admin job; it’s your opportunity to make your mark in one of the world’s most dynamic cities. If you want a supportive team, room to progress, and perks that make a real difference, you might have just found your next work home.
