What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with friendly professionalism—you're the first impression!
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems (digital and paper), so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and executives—calendars will become your best friend.
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations, like ordering supplies and supporting HR or finance teams as needed.
- Preparing memos, reports, and basic spreadsheets to keep information at everyone’s fingertips.
- Helping new employees get settled, answer their questions, and making sure everyone feels welcome.
- Supporting managers with ad-hoc administrative projects as the business grows.
What You’ll Bring
