About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how much smoother an office runs when every detail falls into place? If you know the satisfaction of keeping things organized—and can juggle documents, schedules, and the occasional curveball with calm efficiency—you might be the Administrative Officer we’re looking for. Step into our busy Al Ain Al Matarad office, where your knack for order and proactive support will make a real difference, every single day.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit, steadily growing team that believes good work begins with good people—and just the right dash of good humor. Our workspace is lively, collaborative, and more than a little reliant on our admins (ask anyone; you’ll be the unsung hero fueling our daily momentum). We keep things professional, but never lose sight of our human side—don’t be surprised if “thank you” notes and team lunches are part of the deal. Our Al Ain location keeps the pace brisk and the outlook bright.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily office correspondence via email and phone, responding professionally and promptly.
- Preparing and formatting documents—letters, forms, reports, and spreadsheets—with an eye for accuracy and presentation.
- Maintaining both digital and paper records so information is always at your fingertips (and ours).
- Coordinating office supplies, meeting logistics, and routine support requests; you keep the wheels turning.
- Liaising with other departments and vendors as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools for documentation and reporting.
- Assisting with simple data entry or ERP activities (if you know your way around business software, even better).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Experience (even if just a year or two) in administrative or office support roles.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office—Word, Excel—and PDF/document handling.
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical way of working.
- Clear and courteous communication (email, phone, in-person).
- Ability to manage time and priorities without missing the small stuff.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience with ERP or other business management software.
- Familiarity with basic office coordination or event planning.
- A good sense of humor (trust us, it helps).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Friendly, welcoming team where you’re noticed and valued.
- Opportunities to learn new systems and take on more responsibility as you grow.
- Regular working hours with work/life balance respected.
- Convenient Al Ain Al Matarad location.
- Occasional team treats, coffee runs, and supportive management.
Here, your attention to detail and sense of responsibility won’t just help the office run better—they’ll make each workday smoother for everyone around you. If you thrive on making things happen (often behind the scenes), you’ll feel right at home.
