About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself thriving when everything’s running smoothly—and knowing you’re the reason why? We’re seeking a reliable Admin Officer to help keep our Deira, Dubai office on track. If you’re as comfortable juggling spreadsheets as you are coordinating last-minute schedules, this could be your next role. In a bustling city like Dubai, sharp organizational skills aren’t just valued—they’re essential.

About the Company

Picture a welcoming, tight-knit team that genuinely appreciates initiative (and, truth be told, a good sense of humor during busy periods). We’re a recruitment company that’s grown steadily alongside Dubai’s dynamic job market, and we take our role in shaping careers seriously. At the same time, we understand the importance of work-life balance—our team knows when it’s time for focused productivity and when to take a breather together over a strong cup of chai. Our leadership is approachable, and feedback is always encouraged.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining and updating detailed office records—think filing (digital and paper), data entry, and ensuring documentation is always audit-ready.
  • Coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Supporting the team with the smooth flow of office operations—ordering supplies, arranging maintenance, managing deliveries.
  • Acting as the go-to person for basic IT or facilities requests (don’t worry, we have specialists for the big stuff!).
  • Assisting with HR-related documentation, travel arrangements, and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Liaising with external service providers and vendors as needed to keep everything running seamlessly.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Good organizational skills—you know how to prioritize and keep things tidy, even when the pace picks up.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a “nothing slips through the cracks” mindset.
  • Professional communication skills—clear, approachable, and respectful.
  • Reliability—your colleagues know they can count on you.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous admin or office support experience, especially within the UAE.
  • Familiarity with recruitment or HR processes.
  • Comfort working in multicultural environments.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary (AED 3500 – 4500)
  • Comprehensive visa and medical insurance provided
  • Paid annual leave—real time off to recharge
  • Friendly, supportive colleagues (inside jokes welcome)
  • Modern office in Deira, with excellent transport links
  • Room to grow—your ideas and initiative are noticed here
  • Clear processes, but no micromanaging
  • Additional benefits as per UAE labour law

We’re committed to making sure our team feels like more than just employees. It’s about shared goals, mutual respect, and the small wins every week. (Please note: This recruitment company applies a job application fee.)
