What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the welcoming face of the office — greeting visitors, answering queries, and making sure everyone feels at home
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and official records with accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Track office supplies, place orders when necessary, and keep our workspace stocked and organized
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, both digital and physical
- Support various departments in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel when needed
- Maintain digital files and update databases, ensuring information is current and easy to find
- Liaise with building management, suppliers, and service providers to keep things running without a hitch
