About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself thriving in the midst of spreadsheets, appointments, and those behind-the-scenes logistics that keep an office running smoothly? If you’re eager for a hands-on role where your organization skills really matter, this administrative position in Abu Dhabi could be your ideal next step. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around the UAE’s unique processes — and who takes pride in ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re seeking a role where every day brings new challenges (and the satisfaction of crossing them off your checklist), let’s talk.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi, our team is a close-knit group that values solid work, open communication, and a healthy dose of camaraderie — you’ll never feel like just a number here. We’re passionate about building a supportive workplace where initiative and diligence are genuinely appreciated. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself swapping Excel tips over a coffee break or getting cheered for a smooth transaction on a government portal; we know that little victories keep us all moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly — from document management to keeping schedules on track
  • Navigating government and agency websites for processes like permit renewals, documentation, and official submissions
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and internal communications with care and attention
  • Supporting colleagues and clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they have what they need when they need it
  • Maintaining and updating records with precision — you know that accuracy is not just appreciated, but absolutely vital
  • Tackling urgent tasks as they arise, prioritizing effectively, and keeping your cool under pressure
  • Using Microsoft Excel and Word to create spreadsheets, reports, and quick problem-solving tools as the day unfolds

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous administrative experience in the UAE
  • Confident, professional use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfort and familiarity working with government and agency websites (think visa renewals, applications, and similar tasks)
  • Valid UAE residency permit
  • Sharp organizational skills — accuracy is your default
  • A sense of commitment and strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service abilities; you know how to put people at ease
  • Ability to meet deadlines, even when they’re tight
  • Availability to start immediately

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Bilingual skills (especially Arabic/English)
  • A knack for suggesting process improvements — we value fresh ideas

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Inclusive team culture — everyone’s input is valued, and team lunches happen more often than you think
  • Opportunity to work at the heart of one of the UAE’s most dynamic cities
  • Clear, structured onboarding so you can hit the ground running
  • Regular office coffee breaks, lively chats, and a supportive manager who actually listens
  • Stable, long-term career prospects for the right person
  • Reasonable working hours, so life outside the office still matters

Joining our company means stepping into a workplace that’s tight-knit, professional, and genuinely appreciative of each team member’s contributions. If you’re seeking a role where your attention to detail and positive attitude make a real impact, this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.
