What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily administrative functions to ensure a smooth, efficient office environment
- Acting as the central point of contact between management and staff for all admin-related queries
- Supervising, guiding, and training junior admin staff when required
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, keeping operations cost-effective but never cutting corners on quality
- Assisting with HR-related activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining confidential records
- Liaising with facility management, vendors, and service providers to resolve any workplace issues promptly
- Reviewing and improving our current admin processes, always seeking ways to make life easier for the team
- Producing regular reports for leadership on workflow, expenses, and admin performance metrics
- Handling occasional translation, document preparation, or event arrangements as needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in administration, office supervision, or similar roles within the UAE
- Strong organizational and time management skills — you spot what’s slipping through the cracks before it drops
- Professional fluency in English (Arabic a definite plus!)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common communication tools
- Currently residing anywhere in the UAE, able to work on-site in Al Quoz
- Strong interpersonal skills — you know how to keep a team motivated and an office atmosphere upbeat
Nice-to-Haves:
