About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever find real satisfaction in seeing a perfectly fitted window or glass façade? If you’re someone who notices the difference between “just done” and “done right,” you might be the aluminum & glass worker we’re looking for. We have immediate vacancies here in bustling Dubai, where construction never sleeps and high-quality installation is valued with genuine respect. This is an urgent hire—so if you’ve got hands-on UAE experience and a knack for turning drawings into solid craftsmanship, your next opportunity could start sooner than you think.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit team with big ambitions: creating spaces that aren’t just functional, but also a pleasure to look at. From gleaming skyscrapers to standout storefronts, our fingerprints are all over the city’s evolving skyline. Our workshop is always humming, but don’t be surprised if you catch a spontaneous tea break or see a friendly debate about the best way to align a curtain wall panel. We value reliability, craft, and the kind of problem-solving that only comes from real experience on UAE job sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing and fabricating aluminum and glass components, including doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and ACP cladding.
  • Reading and interpreting shop drawings with confidence—translating lines on paper into seamless final installations.
  • Handling a mix of projects: sometimes solo, sometimes working as part of a small, crew-style team depending on project scope.
  • Measuring, marking, cutting, and assembling materials with precision (and suggesting improvements if you spot a smarter way).
  • Ensuring safety standards are met—both for yourself and the teammates working alongside you.
  • Troubleshooting unexpected site conditions, adapting solutions as needed (because no two sites or clients are quite the same).
  • Communicating progress clearly to foremen or supervisors, flagging any issues early.
  • Occasionally training or mentoring new helpers, passing on the tricks of the trade.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in aluminum and glass installation or fabrication within the UAE.
    • Solid skills with windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, and shopfronts.
    • Proven ability to read and work from shop drawings without close supervision.
    • Knowledge of best practices and safe work methods for glazing and cladding works.
    • A reputation for reliability, teamwork, and staying cool-headed under pressure.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with ACP cladding or specialized glass/glazing systems.
    • Basic English or Arabic communication skills.
    • Familiarity with modern tools or installation tech.

Not sure you meet every single requirement? If you’re eager and bring the right mindset, we’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, timely pay with overtime opportunities during peak periods.
  • Free, daily team meals on site—because well-fed crews do their best work.
  • Supportive crew atmosphere: teamwork is our default mode, never just a buzzword.
  • Steady pipeline of projects, so there’s always something new to learn or try.
  • Practical training and advancement for those hungry to level up their skills.
  • Flexible leave options so you can handle what life throws your way.
  • Multinational team—share your favorite tricks and pick up a few new ones.
  • Safety is not optional here—it’s our promise to every worker.

It’s honest work, and there’s pride at the end of the day when you see what you’ve built. If you value good tools, good company, and visible results, we think you’ll feel right at home.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For experienced aluminum and glass workers in Dubai, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 2,500 to 4,500 AED, depending on your years of UAE-based experience and the complexity of projects you’ve handled. Those with additional skills in ACP cladding or specialized glazing systems may find opportunities at the higher end of this range, especially if you can work independently from drawings and contribute to training others.
