What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing and fabricating aluminum and glass components, including doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and ACP cladding.
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings with confidence—translating lines on paper into seamless final installations.
- Handling a mix of projects: sometimes solo, sometimes working as part of a small, crew-style team depending on project scope.
- Measuring, marking, cutting, and assembling materials with precision (and suggesting improvements if you spot a smarter way).
- Ensuring safety standards are met—both for yourself and the teammates working alongside you.
- Troubleshooting unexpected site conditions, adapting solutions as needed (because no two sites or clients are quite the same).
- Communicating progress clearly to foremen or supervisors, flagging any issues early.
- Occasionally training or mentoring new helpers, passing on the tricks of the trade.
What You’ll Bring

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in aluminum and glass installation or fabrication within the UAE.
