About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever worked with your hands and felt the thrill of seeing a project come together piece by piece? If you’re skilled in aluminum or steel fabrication and installation, this might be just the kind of hands-on role you’ve been searching for. We’re seeking experienced Aluminum & Steel Workers to join a dynamic team out of Abu Dhabi, working on everything from architectural features to high-spec finishing touches. With the construction and manufacturing industries thriving in the region, there’s never been a better time to join a company proud of its craftsmanship — and eager to welcome dedicated talent onboard.
About the Company
Picture a workshop buzzing with expertise, laughter, and the telltale hum of new projects coming to life. This locally respected company has earned its stripes as a go-to for custom aluminum and steel work throughout Abu Dhabi — combining traditional know-how with the latest installation methods. You'll join a tight-knit crew who actually enjoy collaborating (the joke about "precision measurement competitions" comes up more often than you'd think), and who take real pride in the work that shapes the city around them. While safety and quality aren't just posters on the wall, there’s plenty of camaraderie and shared wins along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricating aluminum or steel components based on blueprints and specifications — from industrial frames to detailed cladding pieces
- Performing installations on site, ensuring fittings, joints, and finishes are precise and durable
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently across varied projects
- Inspecting completed work for accuracy, alignment, and safety compliance
- Collaborating with colleagues and site leads to keep jobs moving smoothly (and offer a hand when someone’s in a bind)
- Problem-solving installation challenges — whether adapting to unique site conditions or finding that missing hardware
- Keeping your workspace organized and adhering to company safety standards every step of the way
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience (ideally 2+ years) with aluminum or steel fabrication and installation
- Solid understanding of fabrication techniques, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to follow technical drawings — and raise your hand when something doesn’t look quite right
- Reliable work ethic, with comfort working solo or shoulder-to-shoulder with a team
- A genuine commitment to quality work and safe site habits
Nice-to-Haves:
- Vocational training or trade certifications in metalwork or a related field
- Familiarity with specialized tools or automated fabrication machinery
- Experience on both commercial and residential project sites
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive pay that recognizes your expertise and contributions
- Overtime opportunities during peak project periods
- Supportive team culture where hard work is noticed (and milestones get celebrated)
- Emphasis on safety and quality — so you can take pride in your work, every day
- Ongoing training and cross-skilling if you want to expand your repertoire
- Located in Abu Dhabi, with some project-based travel around the city
You’ll be part of a company that values craftsmanship, encourages teamwork, and believes that every strong building starts with a strong team. If building something solid — for others and for yourself — is what motivates you, we’d love to talk.
