What You’ll Be Doing
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for custom pivot door fabrication
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling aluminum profiles with precision, ensuring clean edges every time
- Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and confidently
- Installing completed pivot doors on-site, troubleshooting fit or alignment issues on the spot
- Working closely with clients and project managers to ensure doors meet aesthetic and technical specs
- Inspecting finished products for quality control—no squeaky hinges or loose handles on your watch
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area in the factory and on location
- Keeping up with new installation techniques or hardware—nothing’s too technical for you to learn
- Lending a hand to team projects (yes, sometimes even the heavy lifting)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in aluminum door fabrication and installation (pivot doors preferred)
- Skill using bench tools, cutting machines, and measuring equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving on-site
- Driver’s license (you’ll need to get to client sites within Al Ain and beyond)
- Good communication skills in English or Arabic
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with glass fitting or other architectural metalwork
- Knowledge of fabrication safety best practices
