What You’ll Be Doing

  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling various aluminum sections for doors, windows, facades, partitions, and more — always with accuracy and care
  • Installing aluminum products on-site, ensuring a solid and neat finish that meets client expectations
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work orders (and asking questions when something isn't clear — we like that!)
  • Operating machines and hand tools safely — we’re serious about looking out for each other
  • Collaborating with fellow technicians, helpers, and supervisors to keep projects on track and timelines realistic
  • Keeping your workspace orderly and equipment in good condition
  • For helpers: Assisting technicians, preparing materials, and learning new techniques as you go (everyone started somewhere, right?)
  • Following all safety procedures — because your well-being matters to us

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in aluminum fabrication, installation, or a related field (for helpers, some hands-on experience is great)
