Responsibilities

Aluminum Technicians:

• Accurately measure, cut, and fabricate aluminum sections for a wide range of projects, including windows, doors, curtain walls, and partitions
• Install aluminum products on-site, ensuring proper fit, finish, and structural integrity
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to deliver precise installations
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all work meets company and client expectations
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and fellow technicians to achieve project milestones
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all company safety protocols and local regulations

Helpers:

• Assist aluminum technicians with daily tasks, including the preparation and movement of materials
• Support in the setup and breakdown of work areas and equipment
• Perform basic fabrication and installation tasks under supervision, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop and on job sites
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions from senior team members to ensure a secure working environment

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the aluminum industry (technicians should have hands-on experience with cutting, fabrication, and installation; helpers should demonstrate familiarity with basic workshop practices)
• Currently residing in the UAE, with the ability to work in Al Qusais Industrial Area, Dubai
• Strong technical aptitude and manual dexterity, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings is highly advantageous
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and quality assurance at all times
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• For helpers: a willingness to learn and grow within the field is essential; prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory
