About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about what it takes to keep Dubai’s skyline rising? Whether you’re an expert with a welding torch, a whiz with electrical circuits, or someone who takes pride in a hard day’s work, here’s your chance to be part of something big. We’re urgently looking for Scaffolders, Electricians, Welders, Pipe Fitters, and Laborers to join our fast-growing team in Al Rigga. If you’re already in the UAE and ready for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

Nestled in the energetic heart of Al Rigga, our company has built a reputation for reliability and teamwork on some of Dubai’s most exciting projects. Our crew is truly international — you’ll find colleagues from all over the world, united by a shared work ethic and the occasional friendly rivalry over who’s got the best lunchbox. We believe in doing things right, supporting each other, and making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day. Here, you’re not just a number — your contribution genuinely matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scaffolder: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding safely, ensuring all work meets safety codes and deadlines.
  • Electrician: Installing and maintaining electrical wiring, diagnosing issues, and keeping systems running smoothly on-site.
  • Welder: Reading blueprints and joining metal parts with precision, whether it’s structural steel or piping.
  • Pipe Fitter: Assembling, installing, and repairing piping systems — both above and below ground.
  • Laborer: Supporting skilled trades, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and keeping everything running efficiently.
  • Collaborating closely with team members from different trades to keep projects on track.
  • Reporting issues, suggesting improvements, and playing your part in a safe, productive work environment.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Relevant experience in your trade (scaffolding, electrical, welding, pipe fitting, or general labor)
  • Currently residing in the UAE (any nationality welcome!)
  • Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to fast-changing site needs

Nice-to-Haves

  • Basic English or Arabic communication skills
  • Previous experience on large-scale construction projects in the UAE
  • Trade certifications or licenses, if available

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Monthly salary between AED 1,550 – AED 2,800, paid on time, every time
  • Free visa, accommodation, transportation, and insurance — so you can focus on your work, not your worries
  • Diverse, supportive team with a strong safety culture
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company
  • On-site facilities and a management team that’s actually approachable

Joining us means more than just a paycheck — it’s about being part of a crew that looks out for one another and takes pride in building the future of Dubai. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get started, we want to meet you.

Please note: This position requires candidates to be present within the UAE, and our recruitment process includes a job application fee.
