What You’ll Be Doing
- Shuttering Carpenters:
- Build and install formwork for concrete structures
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Ensure safety and precision in all carpentry tasks
- Ceramic Tile Masons:
- Measure, cut, and lay ceramic tiles with accuracy
- Prepare surfaces and ensure perfect tile alignment
- Mix adhesives and grout, finishing surfaces to high standards
- Painters:
- Prepare walls and surfaces for painting
- Apply paints, varnishes, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas tidy
- Helpers:
- Assist skilled workers with daily tasks
- Carry materials, tools, and supplies
- Support site safety and clean-up efforts
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in your chosen role (carpentry, masonry, painting, or general site assistance)
- Physical fitness and stamina for on-site work in Dubai’s climate
