What You’ll Be Doing

  • General Laborers:

    • Assisting skilled trades and supervisors with site tasks, from material handling to site clean-up
    • Loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials
    • Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment at all times
    • Helping set up, dismantle, and move scaffolding or temporary structures
  • Masons:

    • Laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials with precision
    • Mixing mortar and ensuring the right consistency for various applications
    • Repairing or restoring existing masonry work as needed
    • Reading and interpreting basic site plans or supervisor instructions
  • Electricians:

    • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and fixtures
    • Ensuring all electrical work meets safety standards and regulations
    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting wiring issues on site
    • Coordinating with site supervisors to integrate electrical systems into ongoing construction

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Previous experience in construction work (labor, masonry, or electrical tasks, depending on role)
    • Good physical fitness; able to handle demanding site conditions
    • Familiarity with safety procedures and willingness to follow them closely
