What You’ll Be Doing
General Laborers:
- Assisting skilled trades and supervisors with site tasks, from material handling to site clean-up
- Loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials
- Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment at all times
- Helping set up, dismantle, and move scaffolding or temporary structures
Masons:
- Laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials with precision
- Mixing mortar and ensuring the right consistency for various applications
- Repairing or restoring existing masonry work as needed
- Reading and interpreting basic site plans or supervisor instructions
Electricians:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and fixtures
- Ensuring all electrical work meets safety standards and regulations
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting wiring issues on site
- Coordinating with site supervisors to integrate electrical systems into ongoing construction
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in construction work (labor, masonry, or electrical tasks, depending on role)
- Good physical fitness; able to handle demanding site conditions
- Familiarity with safety procedures and willingness to follow them closely
- Ability to work well in a team, respecting deadlines and instructions
- Basic communication skills (English or Hindi/Urdu preferred)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Relevant certifications, especially for electricians
- Experience on large-scale or high-rise projects
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
