About the Company
We’re not your average consultancy—we’re a team that thrives on challenge, values precision, and celebrates those little design “aha!” moments. From spontaneous brainstorming sessions over Arabic coffee to our shared ambition of being a trusted name in Abu Dhabi’s thriving development scene, we believe that thoughtful architecture sets the foundation for lasting progress. Collaboration is woven into our day-to-day; you’ll notice it in our open discussions and how everyone—from engineers to admin—has a real say in what we build. We’re in a phase of exciting growth and actively refining our processes, so your voice will truly matter here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading efforts towards obtaining and maintaining our Engineering Consultancy Classification Certificate, with a focus on the architectural requirements.
- Conducting rigorous reviews of architectural designs and documentation to ensure all regulatory standards of Abu Dhabi are exceeded—not just met.
- Coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and external authorities—think “team player” mode, not solo architect in the corner.
- Preparing and presenting technical reports and classification documentation with clarity and confidence.
- Advising colleagues on compliance, best practices, and the nuances of local architectural codes relating to consultancy certification.
- Participating in conceptual design sessions, sometimes bringing your knowledge to bear where it makes the biggest difference.
- Staying up to date on the latest industry developments, especially trends in UAE architecture and consultancy regulations.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Successfully passed the Specialization Exam for Engineering Consultancy Classification in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong grasp of local building codes and classification requirements.

- Excellent communication skills, in both technical documentation and team settings.
- Collaborative spirit with strong organizational skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous involvement in classification/certification assignments.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Full visa sponsorship and onboarding support for a seamless start in Abu Dhabi.
- Flexibility with hybrid working options where possible.
- Be part of a close-knit, supportive team that genuinely enjoys solving problems together.
