What You’ll Be Doing
- Handcrafting bakhoor and maamoul tablets and mixtures with consistency and care
- Selecting and preparing high-quality raw materials, oils, and resins for optimal fragrance results
- Skillfully blending oils to create signature scents unique to Al Fakhama
- Experimenting with new combinations while also perfecting trusted, traditional formulas
- Ensuring every batch meets our rigorous standards before it reaches our customers
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area and proper handling of all ingredients
- Collaborating with fellow artisans to refine existing blends and develop new products
- Keeping detailed notes on recipes, adjustments, and customer feedback
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in bakhoor and maamoul manufacturing
- Proven expertise in blending essential oils, spices, and other aromatic ingredients
- Familiarity with production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols in the field
- Valid UAE residence visa (transferable candidates preferred)
- Commitment to full-time, in-person work in Ajman
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with crafting other traditional perfumery products
