About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself crafting beautiful spaces and leaving your mark on interiors people love? Here’s your chance. We’re looking for a skilled Furniture & Decoration Carpenter to join our team in Umm Al Quwain — it’s hands-on work where every piece you create finds a place in someone’s everyday life. About the Company
We’re a tight-knit crew passionate about transforming blank spaces into vibrant, functional environments. Here, craftsmanship matters — from classic pieces to contemporary design, we believe in getting the details just right. Many of our team members have been with us for years, and it’s not uncommon to see everyone sharing tea and stories during breaks. You’ll quickly see we value steady hands, warm smiles, and a good sense of humour (especially on big project days). Growth? Absolutely. As demand for our work grows, your skills can grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Executing precision woodwork for room decorations, paneling, frames, and displays
- Reading drawings or sketches and translating them into real-world masterpieces
- Collaborating closely with our design and installation teams — clear communication is key
- Maintaining your workspace and handling carpentry tools with care and responsibility
- Troubleshooting unexpected challenges (think: a tricky corner or a hard-to-match finish) with creativity and patience
- Ensuring all finished products meet our quality standards — if you’re not proud of it, neither are we!
- Sometimes assisting with installs at client locations around Umm Al Quwain
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in carpentry, especially with furniture and wood decoration work
- Ability to read and work from design drawings or plans

- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a friendly team
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with modern joinery or custom design projects
- Familiarity with different wood types and finishes

- Previous experience in the UAE or a similar environment
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Starting salary from AED 2,000, with raises based on your skills and dedication
