About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to turn a blueprint into a beautifully finished kitchen, wardrobe, or feature wall? As a carpenter with us, you’ll shape more than wood — you’ll help craft the spaces where families gather and memories are made. We’re expanding our talented crew in Ajman (Al Jerf Industrial Area 1) and looking for experienced hands who take pride in every cut, hinge, and finish.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team specializing in custom kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and full-scope interior decoration. While our projects might be different every week, our standard of quality never wavers. You’ll often hear music playing in the workshop, and if you’re around during lunchtime, don’t be surprised if you’re invited to join in on a group chat (or a friendly debate about the best joinery technique). We thrive on craftsmanship, teamwork, and the satisfaction of seeing a design come to life.

- Maintaining your work area, equipment, and tools to ensure a safe, tidy space (a place for everything and everything in its place!)
- Occasionally guiding less-experienced team members or sharing tips of the trade — we believe good carpentry is worth passing on
What You’ll Bring
- Proven hands-on experience in carpentry and fine woodwork, ideally with kitchens, wardrobes, or doors
- Confidence with power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into accurate results

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
