Salary: Negotiable

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever catch yourself perfecting the swirl on a cappuccino, knowing that a little extra care turns coffee into comfort? If you’ve got a knack for crafting beautiful brews and thrive on the energy of a busy café, our Barista role in Al Ain City might just be your next great adventure. We’re seeking someone who takes coffee — and commitment — seriously and is ready to step behind the bar right away.

About Us

Nestled in the friendly Al Noud area, our café has become a favorite neighborhood spot for Al Ain’s coffee lovers, casual chit-chatters, and remote workers alike. We pride ourselves on more than just fresh espresso; our team loves a bit of banter and knows the importance of showing up for each other. It’s not uncommon to swap new brew tips or share a treat when the shift is going strong. If you value sincerity, teamwork, and creating memorable moments over a cup of coffee, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based drinks (with the confidence to get creative now and then)
  • Greeting customers with a genuine smile and attentive ear — regulars included
  • Keeping the bar area sparkling clean and organized, even during a morning rush
  • Restocking supplies and making sure nothing runs out unexpectedly
  • Working closely with teammates to keep service smooth and spirits high
  • Managing cash register operations and handling customer payments with accuracy
  • Sharing recommendations and menu insights — because everyone appreciates a suggestion when they can’t decide

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as a barista in a busy café setting
  • Legal right to work in the UAE
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual by nature (the kind of colleague managers wish for)
  • Able and willing to start right away

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with specialty coffee techniques or latte art (even if you’re still perfecting your hearts and leaves)
  • Conversational English or Arabic — enough to chat with guests and take orders smoothly

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive local salary, paid on time every month
  • Supportive team that treats each other like family, not just coworkers
  • Uniform provided so you can focus on what matters — brewing great coffee
  • Opportunity to pick up new skills and techniques, whatever your starting point
  • Staff discounts during and outside your shifts (because everyone deserves great coffee)
  • Vibrant location in Al Noud, easy to reach and always lively

Working with us means more than just making drinks — it’s about making someone’s day, every day. If you’re ready to jump in, share your energy, and serve up fantastic coffee with a side of positive vibes, we’d love to welcome you aboard.
