About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who thrives in a role that’s never just one thing? If you’ve ever wanted to blend your knack for social media with your people skills, this opportunity in Al Ain could be a perfect fit. We’re looking for a professional Social Media & Receptionist (Female) who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats—online and in-person. Whether you love curating an Instagram grid or greeting visitors with a warm smile, here’s a chance to do both.
About the Company
We’re a dynamic, growing business right at the heart of Al Ain—small enough that every team member’s contribution genuinely matters, but established enough to offer a steady, supportive environment. Our culture leans into open communication, helpfulness, and creativity (Friday mornings bring homemade treats, and there’s always someone ready to brainstorm campaign ideas). We value people who take initiative and care about making colleagues’ days a little easier.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms, with an emphasis on original photography and on-brand storytelling
- Developing mini-campaigns and marketing ideas to promote our services and boost our online presence
- Monitoring, responding to, and engaging with comments and messages across accounts
- Managing front-desk reception: welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and handling general inquiries
- Coordinating appointment bookings—both in person and via phone or message platforms
- Serving as the go-to reception cover during staff absences, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Staying organized (think: calendars, schedules, and daily checklists—your happy place)
- Pitching in wherever needed; this is a team that appreciates a collaborative spirit
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven, practical experience running social media channels for an organization
- Strong sense of responsibility—dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (in English; Arabic is a bonus)
- Ability to work independently and stay steadily organized, even during busy times
- Friendly, professional demeanor—you make a great first impression
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with content photography or basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Prior work as a receptionist or in an administrative setting
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you—potential matters more than perfection.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Supportive, genuinely friendly team with a flat structure—your voice is heard
- Regular exposure to both creative marketing tasks and people-facing reception work (never boring!)
- Fair, consistent scheduling with flexibility to cover for colleagues when needed
- Opportunities to build your creative portfolio and learn new digital tools
- Cozy, welcoming office space in Al Ain (with great coffee—and team lunches on special occasions!)
- Growth is encouraged: as we expand, so can your role and responsibilities
If you like the idea of being the organizational glue and the creative spark, you’ll find a welcoming home here. We can’t wait to meet you!
