About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you known for your friendly smile and knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a welcoming Female Receptionist to join our vibrant beauty salon team in Al Ain, specifically in the heart of Al Towayya Area. This is your chance to be the face of a salon where clients come not just for a transformation, but for an experience—to feel understood, cared for, and pampered. If you love making people feel at home and have a flair for multitasking, you might be the person we’re hoping to meet.

About the Company

Step into our salon and you’ll instantly sense the difference—a cozy blend of modern chic and genuine warmth. Our team has built something unique here in Al Towayya: a reputation for both top-notch treatments and heartfelt connections. While we’re serious about great hair, glowing skin, and on-trend beauty services, we’re just as passionate about genuine hospitality (plus, we take our afternoon tea breaks pretty seriously). We thrive on teamwork, open communication, and little celebrations—think birthdays, work anniversaries, and the occasional spontaneous pizza party. Joining us means joining a close-knit, supportive crew that roots for each other.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting every client with a genuine smile and ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
  • Managing daily appointment schedules, handling new bookings and rescheduling with grace (and a dash of patience).
  • Responding to inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp or social media—no question is too small.
  • Supporting our online presence by posting updates, engaging with followers, and sharing special promotions.
  • Processing client payments accurately—cash or card—and maintaining clear records.
  • Coordinating product orders and making sure the reception area stays tidy, inviting, and stocked with client favorites.
  • Providing backup support to the salon team when things get busy—we’re all in this together.

What You’ll Bring

  • A cheerful and approachable demeanor—clients and team members alike gravitate toward your positivity.
  • Prior experience working in a salon, spa, clinic, or customer-facing reception role (preferred, but not required).
  • Comfort with basic computer tasks and social media platforms (we can show you the ropes if you’re willing to learn).
  • Quick thinking and great organization skills, even when things get hectic.
  • Good spoken English; Arabic is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
  • Eligibility to work in the UAE and ability to commute to Al Towayya, Al Ain.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and customer feedback.
  • Flexible schedule options—morning and afternoon shifts to suit your lifestyle.
  • Paid training and ongoing beauty industry education (yes, you’ll learn the latest trends and tricks!).
  • Employee discounts on all salon services and retail products.
  • Friendly, supportive management and a team that genuinely has your back.
  • Regular team-building activities—because we believe happy teams make happy clients.

We’re committed to creating a welcoming, respectful workplace where your personality and initiative are valued. If you’re looking for more than just a “front desk job,” you’ll find purpose and community here.
