What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising children within the soft play area, making safety your top priority without killing the fun
- Engaging with children of all ages, helping them feel welcomed and included as they explore
- Promptly responding to any issues — spills, minor bumps, or the classic missing sock scenario
- Keeping the play area clean, organized, and inviting for every guest
- Assisting parents and guardians with queries and making sure their concerns are addressed in a friendly way
- Supporting team members during busy periods, whether it’s a birthday party rush or a packed holiday afternoon
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues to management before they become problems
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with children in a similar environment (play area, daycare, nursery, etc.)
- Friendly, approachable personality and natural patience
- Ability to think on your feet and handle minor emergencies calmly
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic first-aid knowledge
- Familiarity with child safety regulations
- Experience organizing group activities or small games
