What You’ll Be Doing
- Craft and serve a range of hot and cold beverages (not just the classics — we love when baristas bring their creativity).
- Greet and interact with guests in a genuinely friendly, attentive manner.
- Accurately take customer orders and ring up sales using our POS system.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Know your way around an espresso machine, adjusting grind settings and milk texturing for picture-perfect pours.
- Plate and present pastries, sandwiches, and other light bites with care.
- Jump in to help teammates during busy stretches, from dishwashing to table tidying — we work as one.
- Suggest menu items or specials to guests (and remember regular orders whenever possible).
