About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the friendly voice behind the shopping experience in one of Dubai’s busiest districts? We’re urgently looking for Customer Service & Call Center Staff to join a lively team at a prominent shopping mall in Business Bay. If you’re the type who loves helping others navigate their day (and perhaps their shopping bags), this could be your next step — especially if you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting where no two days are quite the same.
About the Company
Let’s set the scene: our client manages a bustling shopping destination right in the heart of Business Bay, where millions gather to shop, dine, and connect. The team is diverse, energetic, and united by a shared dedication to customer satisfaction — Friday treats in the break room and after-shift laughs aren’t uncommon here. Think of it as a big family with a front-row seat to the city’s vibrant retail scene, always eager to welcome new faces with open arms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and assist customers — via phone or in person — with patience, warmth, and that unmistakable Dubai hospitality.
- Handle all incoming calls, from simple questions to the occasional curveball, making every caller feel listened to and respected.
- Resolve inquiries about shops, promotions, facilities, or lost items while maintaining professionalism and a sprinkle of good cheer.
- Log incidents and feedback clearly, ensuring follow-up and improvement for next time.
- Coordinate with security, maintenance, and management when needed to make sure every guest leaves happy.
- Support special events or promotions, sometimes pitching in where it counts — we’re all hands on deck for big days.
- Stay up-to-date on mall services and offerings so you can always deliver accurate, helpful information.

Nice-to-Haves
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM or call center software
