What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a smile, making that all-important first impression count
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and basic inquiries — you’ll be our communication hub
- Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meeting rooms so the day runs smoothly
- Keeping records organized and assisting with basic data entry or document preparation
- Supporting the property agents and managers with occasional admin tasks — sometimes things come up last minute!
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area (yes, you can add your personal touch to the décor)
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or admin support role (real estate background is a plus, but not required)
- Good communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional in both spoken and written English
- Basic computer skills: you’re comfortable with email, data entry, and using office applications
- Positive attitude and the ability to juggle a few priorities at once
- Reliable, punctual, and good with people from all walks of life
Nice-to-Haves:
