What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face—making sure everyone feels heard and supported.
- Helping customers resolve issues or guiding them to the right solutions, always with patience and empathy.
- Keeping accurate records of customer concerns and interactions in our tracking system.
- Sharing feedback with the team to improve our processes and make every customer experience better.
- Working closely with your teammates to meet response time targets, even on the busiest of days.
- Occasionally helping translate for customers who are more comfortable in Arabic or Hindi.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Comfortable (and clear) communicator in English—spoken and written.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability; people trust you to follow through.
- Patient, friendly demeanor—you don’t let stress show if things get busy.
- Good basic computer skills, like typing and using email or online forms.
Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in Arabic or Hindi (or both!) makes you a definite standout.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is welcome but not essential.
- Knowledge of the local Dubai culture or Deira area is a perk.
