What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering Beauty Services: Perform a range of beauty treatments (hair, skin, nails, or specialized services) tailored to client needs, ensuring comfort and satisfaction with every visit.
- Client Relationships: Greet clients warmly, listen to their requests, and offer personalized service recommendations. Returning customers are the norm, not the exception.
- Team Support & Training: As an Executive or Manager, support junior staff—sharing techniques, giving gentle feedback, or even leading small training sessions.
- Quality & Hygiene: Maintain spotless workspaces and adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sterilization protocols. In our world, details always matter.
- Inventory & Orders: Help track stock, prep kits, and place supply orders—whether you’re managing the floor or just lending a hand.
- Sales & Upselling: Suggest suitable products and services without the hard sell—just honest, expert advice to help each client feel their best.
- Administrative Oversight (for Managers): Set rosters, coordinate schedules, and handle client concerns professionally and discreetly.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior experience in a beauty-related role (salon, spa, or boutique). Level depends on specific position.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn—no divas here, just team players!
- Currently residing in the UAE and eligible to transfer visas.
- Arab nationality (in line with client preferences and brand positioning).
Nice-to-Haves
- Professional certifications (hairdressing, skincare, nail tech, etc.)
- Previous experience with luxury clientele or fast-paced salons.
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest beauty trends and products.
- Ability to train, mentor, or lead a small team (especially for Executive and Manager roles).
