What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled tradespeople on active job sites with construction and installation tasks
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at various project locations
- Supporting landscaping work — from digging and moving soil to planting and laying turf
- Helping with concrete mixing, pool preparation, and general site clean-up
- Following all health and safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe
- Pitching in wherever hands are needed — every day brings a new challenge
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep projects on track
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience (formal or informal) in construction, landscaping, swimming pools, or civil works
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in Dubai’s climate
- A solid work ethic — punctual, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- Ready for an immediate start
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license in the UAE
