Salary: Negotiable

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps a bustling home salon running smoothly in Abu Dhabi? As our next Reservations Coordinator and Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations — the person who brings calm, order, and a genuinely caring touch to everything from booking appointments to making sure every client leaves happy. If you love juggling details, helping others shine, and making every guest feel special, this could be the spot where your talents truly shine.

About the Company

Picture a warm, close-knit team that feels more like family than coworkers. That’s us. We pride ourselves on bringing salon-quality service right to our clients’ doors, which means our standards are high — but so is our sense of humor. We celebrate birthdays (with cake, naturally), cheer for each other’s wins, and believe that a great customer experience starts with happy employees. As we grow to serve even more homes across Abu Dhabi, we’re searching for someone who wants to be part of that journey — not just a number, but a valued voice at the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Fielding customer calls and messages with patience, professionalism, and a smile they can hear
  • Organizing and scheduling daily bookings to keep the whole team running on time
  • Following up with both clients and the salon team to confirm appointments and smooth over any last-minute changes
  • Double-checking that all reservations are logged correctly and everyone has the info they need (no missed slots or mix-ups on your watch)
  • Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service — whether that means answering a quick question or helping solve a tricky scheduling puzzle
  • Supervising daily operations related to bookings and stepping in to resolve scheduling or service concerns as they arise
  • Supporting team communication to make sure every detail flows smoothly from booking to beauty

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in reservations, hospitality, or salon/spa services
  • Comfort with phone, WhatsApp, and basic digital booking systems (yes, you’ll get full training, too)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Friendly, patient communication — you’re helpful, not hurried
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus, but not required
  • Female applicants only (in line with client preferences and service model)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience supervising or coordinating a small team
  • A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, or home services
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi neighborhoods and traffic — it helps with scheduling!

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Supportive, team-oriented environment — we lift each other up, always
  • Opportunities for training and career growth as we expand into new areas
  • Flexible shifts and a mix of remote/daily onsite support (some scheduling can be handled from home)
  • Regular team appreciation days and surprises just because we care
  • Fair compensation, prompt pay, and performance-based incentives

We know how important it is to feel appreciated at work, and we believe in recognizing effort and potential. Here, you’re not just keeping the calendar — you’re at the heart of our client experience, making every day feel a little more special for everyone.

  • Can you walk us through your process for managing multiple bookings and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment like a busy salon?
  • Share a recent example where you helped resolve a scheduling conflict or handled a double booking. How did you ensure both the team and clients were satisfied?
  • How comfortable are you using booking systems and handling client communications over WhatsApp and phone? Do you have a preferred tool or system you like to use for scheduling?
  • What steps would you take to ensure that all reservations and client preferences are accurately recorded and shared with the salon team each day?
  • If a team member is running late to a home appointment and the client is growing impatient, how would you handle the situation to maintain a positive experience?

  • Our team values openness and celebrating each other’s wins. How do you like to support or recognize your coworkers in a busy workplace?

  • How do you maintain a patient and positive tone when dealing with demanding or stressed clients?
  • What interests you about working in the beauty and wellness industry, particularly in a home services setting?
  • Flexibility is crucial for our team. Can you share how you manage your work-life balance with shift work and remote/onsite responsibilities?
  • How familiar are you with Abu Dhabi neighborhoods, and how do you think that knowledge could help you in this role?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Reservations Coordinator and Supervisor in a home salon setting in Abu Dhabi, you should expect a salary in the range of 4,000–6,000 AED per month, depending on your experience and previous supervisory background. Similar roles in customer service and operations within the beauty and hospitality sector typically offer packages within this range, and you may also be able to negotiate higher if you bring solid team coordination skills or relevant industry expertise. Performance-based incentives and potential for growth are also common, so it’s worth considering the overall benefits package in your negotiations.
