What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing boutique operations, from daily walk-ins to big VIP appointments, ensuring every visitor feels uniquely valued
- Driving boutique sales performance with an entrepreneurial mindset—spotting new opportunities and setting the pace for excellence
- Creating, curating, and managing our boutique’s social media presence (think stories, reels, and all things engaging)
- Building long-term relationships with clients—knowing their preferences, following up on special orders, and staying a step ahead of their style needs
- Advising customers on fits and fabrics, taking accurate measurements, and guiding them to their perfect piece (especially if it’s abayas or couture-ready)
- Keeping the boutique looking its best—merchandising displays, organizing inventory, and ensuring every detail reflects our standards
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience as a Boutique Manager, or in a senior retail/fashion supervisory role
- Strong track record in sales performance and customer service in the fashion industry (extra points for abaya/cultural garments)
- Fluent in managing social media accounts for a business—Instagram and WhatsApp especially
- Confident in measuring clients for custom fits, and well-versed in fabric types, draping, and the finer details of garment construction
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Passion for helping clients feel their best
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with luxury or bespoke fashion
