About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever picture yourself as the person who turns potential into partnership? As a Business Development Executive with us, you’ll do just that—guiding our client base forward and bringing your growth mindset into play every day. If you know the construction or landscaping world, even better: your expertise will shape our expansion plans and help us stand out in a lively, ever-evolving industry. This is more than just sales—it’s about building a reputation and a portfolio that lasts.
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit, ambitious team based out of Al Jadaf, known just as much for our Friday laughs as for our Monday morning brainstorms. At our core, we believe relationships are everything—whether we’re collaborating on a new landscaping project or finding the perfect solution for a longstanding construction partner. Our office buzzes with ideas, feedback flies fast (but always friendly), and there’s real pride in the work we build together, both outdoors and in our shared goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Scouting for new business opportunities across construction and landscaping segments, never shying away from making an introduction or chasing a promising lead
- Building and nurturing strong, trusting relationships with both prospective and long-standing clients—this is genuine rapport, not just a handshake
- Crafting and pitching tailored proposals that align with client goals and our service strengths
- Collaborating with our project teams to ensure every client transition feels seamless and supportive
- Tracking market trends so we’re not just keeping up, but (whenever possible) stepping ahead
- Representing our brand at industry events and client meetings—think networking, workshops, and the occasional site visit
- Using clear, persuasive communication to turn a “maybe” into a “let’s do this”
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management (extra points if it’s in construction or landscaping)
- Genuine people skills—connecting, listening, and following up come naturally
- Proficiency in the art of negotiation and closing deals
- A track record of hitting (or exceeding) growth targets
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior exposure to the Al Jadaf or wider Dubai construction/landscaping markets
- Comfort navigating CRM software—keeping tabs on leads shouldn’t feel like rocket science
- Arabic language skills
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary plus performance incentives—your growth is our growth
- Hybrid work options—flex that “WFH” muscle as needed
- Supportive teammates who share both wins and learning moments
- Ongoing professional development: training sessions, mentorship, and room to lead
- An open door (literally)—management is just as eager to greet new ideas as new clients
- Regular team lunches, off-site meetups, and that feeling when your workday ends on a high note
We work hard because we care, but we don’t forget to celebrate each success along the way. If you’re excited by the idea of building relationships and leaving a real mark on our industry, come join us—let’s grow together.
