About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Is your networking energy matched only by your knack for unearthing fresh business opportunities? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive ready to take their career to new heights—literally! If you’ve got a track record in the elevator and vertical transportation sector, and you’re excited by the idea of helping us expand our UAE footprint, this could be the leap you’ve been waiting for.
About the Company
We’re a growing name in the elevator and vertical transportation space, committed to innovation, safety, and seamless mobility in buildings across the UAE. Here, the coffee is strong, the conversations are open, and your input will never end up in a black hole. We pride ourselves on a collaborative culture—don’t be surprised if your manager asks what you think about our latest product tweak or brings you in on a brainstorm. You’ll find us just as serious about professional development as we are about our Friday team lunches.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders—think consultants, contractors, facility managers, and developers
- Actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities in the UAE market (new buildings, refurbishments, partnerships—the works)
- Presenting our solutions with confidence, tailoring pitches that make technical details both clear and compelling
- Keeping a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to inform our business strategy
- Collaborating with our engineering, project, and service teams to ensure smooth project handovers and happy clients
- Representing us at industry events—sometimes that’s a PowerPoint, sometimes it’s a handshake and a business card
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the elevator, escalator, or broader vertical transportation industry
- A network of relevant contacts—consultants, contractors, property managers, or facility heads in the UAE
- Familiarity with project tendering processes and technical solution selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- The drive to meet and exceed targets, without losing sight of long-term relationships
Nice-to-Haves
- UAE driving license
- Experience working on major commercial or residential developments in the region
- Passion for new elevator technologies or sustainability solutions
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive base salary and incentives for signing new customers and projects
- Supportive, diverse, and genuinely collaborative team (everyone’s on first-name terms here)
- Flexible, hybrid work policy—split your week between office, remote, and market visits
- Investment in training, certifications, and personal growth
- A company that celebrates ideas as much as results
At the end of the day, we succeed together—whether it’s winning a major project or just nailing that perfect elevator pitch. There’s a sense of possibility here, and we hope you’ll feel it too.
