About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it would be like to help turn creative vision into vibrant spaces — and build your own career at the same time? As our new Business Development / Project Sales Executive (Interior Design & Fit-Out), you’ll not only help clients bring their dream offices, retail spaces, and homes to life, but you’ll become an integral part of a company in the heart of the UAE’s fast-growing interiors market. If you thrive on spotting opportunities, building genuine long-term partnerships, and seeing projects go from blueprint to unveiling, you might have just found your next home.
About the Company
We’re not your average interiors firm. Our team is a lively mix of designers, project managers, and hands-on makers, each passionate about the magic of transformation. Here, creative brainstorming isn’t just for the design team — sales, project, and ops folk all pull up a chair (and probably grab a coffee) when there’s a space to reimagine. We’ve been steadily growing, celebrated for tackling bold fit-out projects that others might shy away from. Team wins are big for us — and yes, the occasional after-work get-together isn’t out of the question.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and pursuing new project opportunities across the UAE, focusing on interior design, fit-out, and decoration works in sectors like commercial, retail, F&B, and residential.
- Actively pitching our design and execution capabilities to potential clients — sometimes over formal presentations, sometimes through quick, casual meetings.
- Building and nurturing relationships with architects, contractors, and other referral partners to expand our network.
- Responding to RFPs and preparing detailed commercial proposals — you know how to explain value, not just pricing.
- Managing the sales process from first contact right through to closing and handover to our project teams.
- Gathering and sharing market intelligence: you’ll keep a pulse on what’s hot, who’s building what, and where competitors are (and aren’t) succeeding.
- Collaborating with the design and delivery team to ensure client expectations are met (or exceeded) throughout every project stage.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of business development or project sales experience specifically within the interior design, fit-out, or construction sector (UAE experience strongly preferred).
- A robust network of industry contacts — you know the lay of the land, and maybe a few doors already open for you.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English — if you can paint a clear picture and close the deal, you’re our kind of person.
- Thorough knowledge of interiors project life cycles, from lead generation through to contract signing.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to be out and about meeting clients.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with regional fit-out regulations and permit processes.
- Experience in high-end or bespoke interiors.
- Arabic fluency.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure — your drive shapes your rewards.
- Opportunities for fast-tracked advancement as the business expands.
- Open, collaborative work culture with regular team catch-ups (and plenty of encouragement for new ideas!).
- Flexible approach to remote work — we care about results, not where you plug in your laptop.
- Health insurance and annual leave that actually lets you switch off.
If you’re ready to work in a place where initiative is valued and your wins are truly celebrated, we might just be the team you’re looking for.
