What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork—even during peak hours
  • Supervising, scheduling, and motivating a diverse team, leading by example (and sometimes by rolling up your sleeves)
  • Maintaining high standards for customer service, resolving concerns with professionalism and warmth
  • Taking charge of cash flow: operating the POS system, handling payments, and balancing cash registers at close
  • Managing inventory, placing orders, and keeping a close eye on stock levels (nobody likes running out of coffee beans!)
  • Working alongside the owner on marketing, promotions, and creative ways to boost sales and foot traffic
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Gathering guest feedback and translating it into actionable improvements
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and floor teams to keep the vibe upbeat and welcoming

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience managing a café, coffee shop, or restaurant (leadership experience counts for a lot!)
  • A valid visa enabling you to work in Ras Al-Khaimah
  • Proven skills in staff supervision, shift organization, and conflict resolution
  • Comfortable handling all facets of POS operation, cash, and credit card transactions with accuracy
  • Strong organizational habits and the ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Great communication skills — whether with staff, customers, or suppliers
  • Solid English proficiency; Arabic is a plus, but not essential
  • A customer-first mindset and a knack for solving problems with a smile

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience launching a new venue or working in startup hospitality environments
